Amazon FBA profit calculator
What one unit really makes after Amazon's fees, your landed cost, tariffs and ads, and the highest ACoS you can run before ads lose money.
At 25.0% ACoS, a sale that came from an ad costs $7.50 in ad spend, leaving $2.62. Keep ACoS under 33.7% or ad sales lose money.
How it's worked out
- Referral fee: the percentage of the selling price Amazon keeps, with its $0.30 minimum.
- Landed cost: product cost, freight to Amazon, tariff or duty (as a share of the product cost) and anything else you pay per unit.
- Margin is profit ÷ selling price; ROI is profit ÷ landed cost.
- Breakeven ACoS is profit before ads ÷ selling price: the ACoS at which a sale from an ad makes exactly $0.
Amazon's fees change by size tier, category and season, so check the FBA fee for your item in Seller Central. MyProfit uses the fees Amazon actually charged on each order, from your settlements.
