Why Amazon still owes you money
Since late 2024 Amazon reimburses most lost, damaged and customer-return cases by itself. Most, not all. Some buyers are refunded and never send the item back, some returns come back damaged by the carrier or the warehouse, and some come back unsellable after Amazon delivered late, and Amazon doesn't always pay you for them.
The window to claim is short. For a customer return, Amazon only accepts a claim from 60 to 120 days after the refund, and it pays the item's manufacturing cost, not the sale price. Miss the window and the money is gone. You can check any date with the FBA reimbursement deadline calculator.
How it works
- Connect Amazon. Approve MyProfit in Seller Central. It takes a couple of minutes, and we never see your Amazon password.
- MyProfit checks every night. It matches each FBA refund against Amazon's returns report and your settlements, and lists the ones Amazon hasn't reimbursed, sorted by the last day you can claim.
- You file, with the text ready. Copy the case text into Seller Central and mark it filed. When Amazon pays, MyProfit sees it in your settlement and marks the claim recovered.
No commission, ever
Reimbursement services usually take a share of every reimbursement they recover. On $1,000 recovered, a 20% commission would be $200. MyProfit takes nothing: the finder is part of the one plan, along with profit by product and payout, PPC, returns, sales tax and your accounting export.

Questions
Which sellers does it work for?
FBA sellers on Amazon US. It needs both your settlements and Amazon's customer returns report, which MyProfit loads together for the US.
How much will Amazon pay?
Amazon pays the manufacturing cost it has for the item: the cost you gave it in Seller Central, or its own estimate. MyProfit shows an estimate at your landed cost, so the final amount can be lower.
Does MyProfit file the claims for me?
No. You open each case in Seller Central, so nothing is filed without you and Amazon hears from the account owner. MyProfit finds the claims, writes the text and tracks what Amazon pays.
When will I see results?
Within a day of connecting, MyProfit checks your last 90 days of refunds, returns and settlements. After that it checks every night.
