Profit & loss

A monthly statement of your Amazon business.

Profit & loss is a month-by-month statement of your Amazon business.

Choosing what to see

  • Period: the last 12 months, or a calendar year you have data for. The current month is marked to date.
  • Product: all products, a parent product, or a single SKU. The list only has the products that sold in the period you picked, best sellers first, each with its sales for the period. The first time you open your profit pages, MyProfit adds up your sales by product: the last 12 months are ready in a minute or two, older years a few minutes later.
  • Download CSV exports the statement.

The statement

Sales (with the share from ads and from promotions), then Amazon fees, Cost of goods, Ad spend, Refunds, Promo discounts, Storage fees and Reimbursements, down to Net profit and Margin, with units and orders. Costs show as negatives.

For your whole account, each month matches the Overview for the same dates: click a month's heading to open it there.

For a single product

Storage is Amazon's estimated monthly storage fee for that product's ASINs (Amazon publishes it around the 10th of each month), because settlements don't split storage by product. Ad spend is that product's own Sponsored Products spend.
