When your numbers update
How often orders, fees, settlements, ads and returns load from Amazon.
MyProfit fetches your data from Amazon on a schedule. Times are approximate and in Pacific time (Amazon's reports can take longer on busy days).

When you've just connected
- Orders: the last year loads over a few hours, longer for a large catalogue.
- Ads: the first reports can take up to a day; a new profile loads its last 60 days.
- Settlements (North America): Amazon's settlement reports from the last 90 days, which is as far back as Amazon keeps them, then each new one as it's paid. Orders older than that keep Amazon's fee estimates.
- Sales by state: the first visit adds up your orders by state, which takes a few minutes.
Something looks out of date
The Overview, Products and Profit & loss pages say so at the top when orders are still loading or Amazon stopped accepting the connection. When far behind, orders catch up a day at a time, every 45 minutes. You can also check Amazon connections: Orders loaded through shows how far orders have loaded, and a row marked Amazon refused access needs reconnecting.
