The free trial

New accounts get 30 days of everything, with no card needed. The trial starts when you confirm your email.

One plan

After the trial, MyProfit is Seller plan: $19.99 a month with every feature included. There are no add-ons, per-order fees or feature tiers.

Subscribing

Choose Subscribe (in Settings under Billing, or on the page you see when the trial ends). You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page; MyProfit never sees your card.

• Subscribe during your trial and your card is saved now but first charged when the trial ends.
• Subscribe after the trial and you're charged straight away, then monthly.

Your card, invoices and cancelling

In Settings, choose Open billing. That opens your billing page at Stripe, where you can change your card, download invoices and receipts, or cancel. Cancelling stops the renewal: you keep MyProfit until the end of the month you've paid for.

If a payment fails

Stripe tries the card again over the next few days, and Settings shows Payment failed. Update your card on the billing page and the next attempt goes through. If Stripe can't collect after its retries, MyProfit asks you to subscribe again.

When the trial ends

If you haven't subscribed, pages lead to the subscribe page. Your data isn't deleted, so you pick up where you left off once you subscribe. Help stays open either way.
