Review requests
How MyProfit asks Amazon to request reviews for you, and the settings.
MyProfit presses Amazon's own Request a Review button for you, order by order, at the time you choose. Amazon sends the request with its standard wording, so there's no email to write and nothing that breaks Amazon's rules.
Turning it on
On Review requests, choose Turn on review requests, then set:
- Days after delivery to ask: 5 to 10. Amazon only accepts requests 5 to 30 days after delivery.
- Whether to also ask buyers who returned or got a refund (off by default).
- SKUs or ASINs never to ask about.
Requests run only while you're subscribed (the free trial counts) and your Seller Central connection works; the page says if either is missing.
Which orders get a request
- Orders that arrive after you turn it on. Orders from before, and your first year of history, aren't asked about.
- FBA orders are timed from Amazon's estimated arrival date (US) or otherwise the order date, plus your days.
- Orders you ship yourself are timed from Amazon's latest delivery date once shipped, or otherwise the purchase date, plus your days.
- Orders with a refund or an FBA return are skipped unless you chose to ask them too.
- A request still waiting for a date after 33 days is dropped.
Reading the page
