Ship orders (FBM)

Pack, label and confirm your merchant-fulfilled orders, and buy Amazon shipping labels.

Ship orders is for orders you ship yourself (merchant-fulfilled, FBM): print packing slips and labels, buy Amazon shipping, and mark orders shipped on Amazon.

Turning it on

Open Ship-from & label settings and save your ship-from name, address, phone and email (Amazon requires them), your usual package size and weight, and your label format (PDF, PNG or ZPL for thermal printers) and delivery confirmation. MyProfit then fetches the ship-to addresses for your open orders.

Addresses are there only so you can ship: MyProfit deletes them 30 days after the order ships, and you shouldn't copy them anywhere else.

The list

To ship is oldest ship-by date first, with counts of late orders and orders due today. Shipped by you and All FBM orders are the other tabs. Search by order ID, name, city, ZIP or SKU.

Packing slips, labels and a carrier file

Tick orders (or tick none for everything to ship), then choose Packing slips, Labels 4×6 (address labels) or Address CSV for your carrier's software (recipient, address, items, weight, ship-by date and more).

Buying a label from Amazon

  1. On an order, choose Buy label, adjust the package size and weight if needed, and choose Get rates.
  2. Compare carriers, services, estimated delivery and cost, then Buy this label. It's charged to your Amazon seller account, and Amazon marks the order shipped with the tracking number.
  3. Choose Print label. Void label cancels an unused label and refunds the postage; the order goes back on the list.

Some services say needs details in Seller Central: buy those there.

Shipping with your own carrier account

Choose Mark shipped, pick the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and others), enter the tracking number and service, and keep Confirm with Amazon ticked: Amazon marks the order shipped and sends the buyer the tracking. If Amazon rejects it, the shipment stays recorded with Amazon's reason and you can send it again from the Shipped tab.

Undoing a shipment puts the order back on the list in MyProfit only: Amazon still has it as shipped, so change that in Seller Central.
