Order search
Order search lists every order line (one row per product in an order) for the date range you pick, newest first, with the same money as the Overview:
| Column | What it is |
|---|---|
| Sales | Units shipped × the item price. Orders not shipped yet show their value as pending; cancelled orders show a dash. |
| Amazon fees | Referral, FBA and other fees. Amazon's estimate until the order's settlement arrives, then the real figure. |
| Landed cost | Your cost per unit × units shipped, less units that came back to sellable stock. |
| Profit | What's left after fees, landed cost and refunds. Rows losing money are red. |
Finding things
- Type in the search box: a SKU, ASIN, part of a product name, or the start of an order ID. Results update as you type.
- Paste a full Amazon order ID (like
111-1234567-1234567) and press Enter to open that order, whatever its date. - Filters: Not shipped, Refunded, Losing money and Cancelled.
- Sort by clicking Order (date), Sales, Amazon fees or Profit.
- Export CSV downloads the lines you're looking at, without buyer details.
With no search or filter, the totals row matches the Overview for the same dates. A filtered search over a very long range may show Too many lines to add up quickly: pick a shorter range to see its totals.
One order
Click an order ID to open it. You'll see:
- Its sales, Amazon fees (marked settled or estimated), landed cost, refunds and profit.
- Each product in it, with units ordered and shipped.
- Money from Amazon: the settlement lines Amazon posted for the order (the price, each fee, refunds) and the net paid to you. These load a moment after the page.
- Shipping (Amazon's shipment details are kept for 90 days), returns with Amazon's reason and what happened to the unit, and whether a review request went out.
- Open in Seller Central to jump to the same order on Amazon.
An order shows up within about an hour of being placed. Fees switch from estimated to settled when Amazon pays out, usually within two weeks of shipping.
Loading older orders
MyProfit loads your orders from when you connect Amazon (up to a year back for a new account). To bring in older ones, choose Load older orders on Order search, pick how far back and choose Load orders. MyProfit then reads every order Amazon updated since that date, a day at a time: a year takes several hours (a large account a day or more), and the page shows how far it has got. Make sure your landed costs cover the older period, since costs apply by date.
